What if a Carer asks to be paid directly?

Kynd is built with safety, trust and simplicity in mind. To ensure both you and your Carers / Support Workers are covered by our insurance and for your  safety and financial protection, we do not allow payments outside of the Kynd platform. If you experience this, email hello@kynd.care or call 1300 144 732 for our assistance. 

Never offer or allow cash or bank payments outside of Kynd. 

If a Carer / Support Worker wishes to discuss and negotiate rates with you, you're welcome to contact Kynd for support. We can help everyone to find a workable solution. Paying a Carer / Support Worker outside of Kynd's platform will immediately cancel your insurance coverage and your Kynd account may be suspended.
