We respect the needs of both Members and Carers and understand that life can be unpredictable!
You're always able to chat with Carers during their visits and via the Kynd App, to keep in touch about any definite or possibly needed changes to any scheduled visits and bookings, that you might be aware of.
For bookings that are cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time of the visit, you can cancel the booking using the App and you'll receive a 100% refund for any payment that has already been charged.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the start time of the booking, you'll still be charged, as the Carer / Support Worker has allocated their time for you. In the event that you and your Carer mutually and happily agree to not charge for any session cancelled within 24 hours, contact Kynd and we will process a refund.
Carers & Support Worker also agree to get in touch with you if they're unable to attend a scheduled visit. If they do not show up for a scheduled visit, you receive a refund for that booking. Any questions? Call us ;)
